And, all this is for revealing the poetry power in literature. Translating poetry as poetry is a part of a series of issues and subjects which are related to it based on the subject and form. What important hear is the study of translations from two bases; translation is a creative process in classic poetry and problems of poetry plagiarism. There should be a coincidence between these bases according to the differences between a translation being a creative work or plagiarized one may degrade the poet. This comparative study is based on historical references and tries to work on poetic translations in a Arabic and Persian till the sixth century trying to apply the concept of creativity or plagiarism. We concluded that translating poetry as a creative work should be accepted by the poet himself. They should not be different parts in a book. But, manipulating the translated part in a poem and never mentioning the writer's name is a distinguishing point between a creative work and a plagiarized one}, keywords = {translating poetry as poetry,creative work,Plagiarism}, title_fa = {ترجمه شعر به شعر؛ سرقتی ادبی یا صنعتی بلاغی؛ پژوهشی تاریخی در ترجمه شعر به شعر عربی و فارسی تا قرن ششم هجری}, abstract_fa = {ترجمۀ شعر به شعر در ادبیات کهن بدین معنا بود که شاعر توانمند و دارای نبوغِ سرشار در دو زبان عربی و فارسی، برای آشکار کردن قدرت شاعری و نبوغ خود در حوزۀ ادب و شعر، یک یا چند بیت را  از عربی به فارسی یا بالعکس (شعر کلاسیکی به شعر کلاسیکی) ترجمه می‌کرد. ترجمۀ شعر به شعر حلقه‌ای به هم پیوسته از موضوعات و مسائلی است که از دو ناحیۀ مضمون و شکل قابل بررسی است. اما آنچه در این جستار اهمیت دارد، تحقیق پیرامون ترجمه از دو منظر است: ترجمه صنعتی بلاغی یا سرقتی شعری؛ پس باید بین دو اصل یاد شده تمایز قائل بود؛ یعنی ترجمه، صنعتی ارزشمند یا سرقتی است که صاحب آن، مورد سرزنش واقع می‌شود. در این پژوهش برآنیم تا به روش مقابلۀ تطبیقی و با تکیه بر منابع تاریخی به ترجمه‌های شعر به شعر –عربی به فارسی وبالعکس-تا قرن ششم هجری و کاربست مفهوم صنعت یا سرقت بر آن، بپردازیم.یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ترجمۀ شعر به شعر؛ صنعتی است آشکار که مترجم بدان اذعان کرده و ابیاتی متفرقه در دیوان اوست، اما پیوستِ بیت ترجمه شده به یک قصیده مستقل و عدم ذکر اسم شاعر یا اقرار به ترجمه بودن شعر؛ نقطه تمایز دقیق میان صنعت و سرقت است؛ افزون بر آن، تغییراتی است که مترجم با ایجاد آن در ترجمه، خود را صاحب و آفریننده مضمون شعر معرفی می‌کند، و آن هم از راه به کارگیری ابزارهایی مشابه با آنچه گذشتگان در خصوص سرقت شعری، آورده‌اند.}, keywords_fa = {translating poetry as poetry,creative work,Plagiarism}, url = {https://jalc.sbu.ac.ir/article_101897.html}, eprint = {https://jalc.sbu.ac.ir/article_101897_92e654caa0ccf6ab6e798c0a49dde05d.pdf} }
