The present article, studies Seyyed Mortadza's metacritical theories by examining his works as well as the works of literary writers who have studied Seyyed Mortadza's literary and critical theories. studying his works indicates that his three works Omalley, Al-Shahab and tayf Alkhyal enjoys the most literary critical theories, and we tried to find out what different perspectives Seyyed Mortazda had in comparison to his contemporaries and predecessors? And what steps has he taken in the development of literary metacritical thoughts? In a process of cross-sectional study we also found that he has promoted his critical knowledge by clarifying some critical theories prevalent in his time and also by utilizing some theories of literary critical theorists such as "Jahez", "Ibn Qtybh", "Amudi" and etcetera. In addition to considering some critical theories of his time, he has also judged about critical methods of equilibrium and differentiation by the means of his knowledge in different fields of theology, jurisprudence, interpretation, etc. He has theorized about critical thoughts in the process of his studying literary works and has offered new critical methods in criticizing literary works
