Abstract

"Al-balaghah wa Al-tatbiq" is a work based on Arabic rhetoric. The composition of this work is an attempt to orient students of Arabic Language and Literature to the principles and rules of classical Arabic rhetoric.
The authors of this book believe that study of Arabic rhetoric principles - that have always been mentioned in the rhetorical books- is not enough and they have tried with a comparative analysis approach, in addition to re-examining the principles of rhetoric and trying to revise it, teach students the correct method of implementing these principles into poetry and prose texts. For this purpose, after presentation and retraining of traditional Arabic rhetoric, with bringing samples of Arabic prose and poetry, entitled "adaptive", examine learning these principles by the students
This article attempts with a careful study of this work, in impartial approach and considering the logical principles of scientific criticism, measure the proportion of authors to the scientific standards of book writing and using its tools to achieve educational goals, and determines having this book the characteristics of a technical and professional work.
